How do I register?
You can go to http://www.lakshmimatrimony.com/registration
directly to register. While registering, enter the phone number ,email id, details of the person for
whom you are looking for an alliance (Bride/Groom).
I
uploaded my photo, but I cannot see it? (Photograph)
We
will review your photos and update your photo within 24 to 48 hours.
I am
a member, but unable to view photos of other members. Why?
If you have not uploaded your photo, you will
not be able to view photos of other members.
I
want to register with lakshmimatrimony.com, but getting a message saying my
email/mobile already exists?
Our system has your email and mobile, so
register using a different email and mobile.
How
do I delete my profile? (Manage Profile)
You
have to first login to your account in order to delete your profile. You can
delete your profile including your picture by clicking on MY ACCOUNT =>
PROFILE SETTINGS => DELETE PROFILE available on My Account page. Mention the
reason for deleting your profile and click on the Submit button. And you are
done.
How do I upgrade my membership? (From Unpaid to Paid Member)
Click on MY ACCOUNT => UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP and choose the desired package and
then upgrade by using any Visa Debit/Credit card, and enter your correct
billing address.
I am a paid member of Lakshmimatrimony.com, am I allowed to use the services provided through offline (i.e., by visiting one of the nearby offices)?
Yes. Being a paid member of Lakshmimatrimony.com, you can avail services
offered offline visiting any of the offices, and vice versa.
What is
Regular Membership and how does it work?
This
membership service offers a separate dashboard to the Regular users where they
can view all Regular Membership profiles, send interest, and contact the
matching profiles directly. Regular Members can also view the profiles of
Assisted Members
